MTF 4000C Two-Post Automotive Lift
Designed for precision-focused workshops, the MTF 4000C sets a new standard in electro-mechanical lifting by delivering outstanding reliability and accurate control. Built with a robust 4.000 kg lifting capacity, this advanced John Bean® solution is tailored for modern service bays – providing the strength and adaptability to manage everything from passenger cars to SUVs and vans with confidence.
The MTF 4000C incorporates hot-rolled steel profile columns angled at 30° to improve door clearance. Its compact yet durable design features roll-formed columns fitted with a rubber protective strip shielding against sparks generated during welding or repair work on the lift. The lifting arms attach to the carriage through a reinforced heavy-duty pin housing, ensuring smooth, bidirectional arm movement for maximum flexibility.
Features
Durable Carriage
The MTF 4000C carriage is guided via six maintenance-free rollers inside the columns that do not wear out like plastic sliding blocks.
Load/Safety Nut
The MTF 4000C incorporates a durable bronze alloy load nut paired with a cast alloy safety nut, delivering long-lasting performance and superior wear resistance compared to nylon alternatives.
Lift Arms
The MTF 4000C is equipped with four extended 3-stage lifting arms, offering an adjustable range of 722 to 1.300 mm to accommodate a wide variety of vehicles.
Cable Bridge
The overhead cable bridge neatly routes the power supply cable, motor electronic synchronisation cable, and thermo switch cable—helping eliminate trip hazards and maintain a safer, cleaner workspace. Its adjustable height design allows easy adaptation to different workshop layouts and vehicle types.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
