MTF 3500C Two-Post Automotive Lift

The MTF 3500C features hot-rolled steel profile columns positioned at a 30° angle to provide improved clearance for door opening. Its compact, durable construction incorporates roll-formed columns equipped with a rubber protective strip, safeguarding against sparks produced during welding or vehicle repair work performed on the lift. The lifting arms connect to the carriage via a reinforced heavy-duty pin housing, enabling a smooth, bidirectional arm swing for enhanced flexibility.

Durable Carriage

The MTF 3500C carriage is guided via six maintenance-free rollers inside the columns that do not wear out like plastic sliding blocks.

Load/Safety Nut

The MTF 3500C incorporates a durable bronze alloy load nut paired with a cast alloy safety nut, delivering long-lasting performance and superior wear resistance compared to nylon alternatives.

Lift Arms

The MTF 3500C is equipped with four extended 3-stage lifting arms, offering an adjustable range of 670 to 1.314 mm to accommodate a wide variety of vehicles.

Cable Bridge

The overhead cable bridge neatly routes the power supply cable, motor electronic synchronisation cable, and thermo switch cable—helping eliminate trip hazards and maintain a safer, cleaner workspace. Its adjustable height design allows easy adaptation to different workshop layouts and vehicle types.
