MTF 3000C Two-Post Automotive Lift
Engineered for workshops that demand accuracy without compromise, the MTF 3000C brings electro-mechanical lifting into a new era of reliability and control. With a robust 3,000 kg lifting capacity, this next-generation solution from John Bean is built for the modern service bay – delivering the strength to handle everything from compact cars to light commercial vehicles with confidence.
The MTF 3000C hot-rolled steel profile columns are set at a 30° angle to improve the space for door opening. With a compact, robust design, the roll-formed columns feature a rubber protective band to shield against sparks from welding or repair operations on a vehicle on the lift. The lifting arms attach to the carriage with a heavy-duty reinforced pin housing, allowing bidirectional arm swing.
Features
Durable Carriage
The MTF 3000C carriage is guided via six maintenance-free rollers inside the columns that do not wear out like plastic sliding blocks.
Load/Safety Nut
The MTF 3000C incorporates a durable bronze alloy load nut paired with a cast alloy safety nut, delivering long-lasting performance and superior wear resistance compared to nylon alternatives.
Lift Arms
The MTF 3000C has two short 3-stage arms and two long 2-stage arms, offering various lifting possibilities.
Cable Bridge
The overhead cable bridge neatly routes the power supply cable, motor electronic synchronisation cable, and thermo switch cable—helping eliminate trip hazards and maintain a safer, cleaner workspace. Its adjustable height design allows easy adaptation to different workshop layouts and vehicle types.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
Control Unit
Operation is managed through a reversible switch, which can be secured with a standard padlock to prevent unauthorised use and enhance safety.
